Our
goal is to enhance the general public’s understanding
of artists and crafts people.

B Sculpture, Wood Carvings (and other
3 dimensional items)

- Woodwork (e.g. Furniture, Toys, etc.)

Ceramics, Jewelry, etc.
E Fabrics,
Stitching, Painted Fabrics/Batik/Dyeing

Decorative Crafts - All items not contributing
to obvious creativity & craftsmanship, such as Floral
Art, Plants, Weaving, etc.
G Canning: Fruit, Honey or Vegetables home
canned in glass jars only
III General
Information

Past
participants will be given consideration regarding
space assignments. All others will be given space selection based
on postmarked date.
Fee of $60.00 and the application must be accompanied
by a self addressed, stamped envelope.
Exhibitor
spaces approximately 10' X 10'.
Each
vendor is expected to display items appropriate to
wholesome family atmosphere.
Covers
on tables and boxes out of sight are recommended.
Exhibitors
must supply all displays, props, tables, chairs, etc. Be prepared for any type of extreme weather.
Set-up time is Friday, October 17th
between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. There will be a paid security guard on duty,
Friday and Saturday night.
You can also set up Saturday morning between 7:00
and 9:00 a.m. Vehicles should be unloaded and immediately taken to the vendor
parking area; then
return to set up your display.
Please be courteous to your fellow exhibitors.
All vehicles must be out of display area by 8:45
a.m. Displays
may be removed Sunday after 5:30 p.m. No earlier please.
No vehicles allowed in vendor area until 5:30 p.m.
Collection
of Sales Tax (7%) is the responsibility of each
exhibitor, payable to the Florida Department of Revenue
(DOR). The DOR has requested a list of the participating
vendors. Please
have the Occupational License provided by the City
of San Antonio visible in your booth.
A
paid reservation is a commitment to the show.
No
refunds or cancellations.
No
rain date.
We reserve the right to share names
of crafters with the sponsors of other
similar
events.
IV Vendor
Rules
1. All items must be handmade by the exhibitor.
No kit products, no commercially made, mass produced
items including jewelry, furniture, leather goods or
toys. No reproductions. This will be subject to final
interpretation by the R.A.G.E. Arts & Crafts Committee
on the day of the show.
2. No selling, transferring, or subletting of space.
The space is to be used only by the name(s) that appear
on the application.
3. Canning:
Fruit, Honey or Vegetables home canned in glass jars only

No plants sold separately, only as an incorporated part
of the finished work.
5. No
items that conflict with R.A.G.E. items for sale or usage
of the R.A.G.E. logo (for example, no silk-screened or
transfer T-shirts, hats, caps, plants, baked goods...).
6.
No items containing wildlife products (skins, furs, feathers,
etc.).
7.
A self addressed stamped envelope must accompany your
application and fee, for your application to be processed..
Credit Cards are not accepted.
8.
It would be greatly appreciated if trash and debris in
your space is cleaned up before you leave.
Failure to do so could result in denial of application
acceptance in future years.
By
signing the application, I agree to obey all the show
rules. I am aware that if I am found to be in violation of the above rules,
I will be dismissed from the show and not be considered
for future shows.
The
City of San Antonio prohibits the consumption of alcoholic
beverages on public property, Please adhere to this
law.
