R.A.G.E. (Rattlesnake and Gopher Enthusiasts) welcomes you to the 42nd Annual Rattlesnake Festival in the beautiful San Antonio City Park in Central Florida.

Dates: Saturday - October Saturday, October 18th (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) 2008
Sunday, October 19th - 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.) 2008

Our mission is to organize an event that will provide good, wholesome, affordable family entertainment, also including educational programs, exhibits and information concerning the environment.

Register for the Rattlesnake Run. Join hundreds of other runners as they make there way through one of the most beautiful areas in Florida. Come to the Miss Rattlesnake Pageant on Sunday, October 12th and see if you can pick this years winner.

At this years Rattlesnake Festival free shuttles are available from the parking lots. Free convenient parking. Free continuous entertainment. Free crafts fair. Free Children’s Games. 4x4 Show Saturday and Classic Cars on Sunday. Come see Cowboy Tom and others perform on 2 stages and throughout the park.

Affordable mock gopher tortoise races, petting zoo, pony rides and a pancake breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Low Costs: John Storms’ Reptile Show & Jim Mendenhall Snake Show ($5.00 adults, Kids 12 and under $2.00). Food booths are provided by Festival volunteers and are the lowest prices around. We have world famous Bar-B-Que Chicken (Saturday), Fish Dinners cooked by Roy Hardy (Sunday) and hot dogs, corn on the cob, sausage and bar-b-que sandwiches both days along with popcorn, funnel cakes, cotton candy, snow-cones and much more.

Prices, Events and Entertainment are Family Friendly! We're looking forward to the western wear contest, karate demonstrations and so much more.

Proceeds benefit local youth and other charitable organizations.
